The main challenge was to design an innovative solution that simplified the shift-swapping process at workplaces, allowing employees to manage their schedules flexibly and effectively. The system needed to be intuitive, accessible, and ensure that changes were transparent and approved in real-time. Additionally, it was crucial to develop a platform that would not disrupt workplace operations while giving employees the flexibility to attend to their personal responsibilities.

We developed an intuitive and functional app that enables employees to request and manage shift changes quickly and securely. The platform includes automatic notifications, real-time options to approve or reject requests, and a detailed history of changes. This system not only improves communication among staff but also enhances workplace flexibility, allowing employees to better organize their personal time without affecting business operations. The solution balances the needs of both employees and employers, fostering a more efficient and collaborative environment.
