The main challenge in developing Kazapp was to create a comprehensive solution that not only revolutionized the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic but also offered advanced features such as interactive maps and customized drawing tools. Additionally, it was essential to integrate payment and financing options directly into the app, connecting it with major local banks to facilitate real estate transactions. All of this needed to be combined into an intuitive and accessible platform for both end users and real estate agents.

We developed Kazapp as a native application for iOS and Android, designed to be a complete and user-friendly tool for the real estate sector. The app includes interactive maps for property exploration and drawing tools to outline areas of interest. Furthermore, we efficiently integrated connections with local banks, enabling financing simulations, payments, and transaction management directly through the platform. With its intuitive design and advanced functionalities, Kazapp redefines how buyers, sellers, and agents interact in the Dominican real estate market.
